If the item doesn’t fit, doesn’t look right or if you have a different reason, you can return the item without specifying a reason within 30 days of receiving the item. However, we would appreciate you telling us the reason. We can use this to better our offer and services.
Legally, you have the right to return your items within 14 days. However, we believe in the quality of our products and we trust you, our #slovflowers, to shop responsibly. Therefore, we extended the return policy to 30 days.
Unused and undamaged items can be returned by mail (shipping paid by the customer) or in-person at our address (for free).
You will need to bring a filled in and signed form of Withdrawal from the contract.
The items must not be worn or damaged, and must include the original tags and packaging, so that they can be used to make another customer happy. Otherwise, we will need to charge you a service fee (a percentage of the selling price) to restore the items to their original form. For hygiene reasons we cannot offer refunds on underwear and lingerie.
After receiving the item at our address, you will be refunded to your bank account within 14 days.

The warranty period is 2 years. If you want to return your faulty item, you can send it by post (shipping paid by the customer) or drop it in-person at our address (for free).
The item must be returned with a copy of the invoice and filled in warranty-period return form. The returned item must be clean.
We have 30 days from receiving your item to assess your claim. If the claim is approved, you have several options: you can get your original item fixed, exchange the item for a new one or get a refund of your payment (including the shipping costs) to your bank account. If the claim is rejected, we will contact you and we can agree on further steps in getting your item back to you.
